Skellig Michael Cruises-

Skellig Michael Cruises offer two types of boat tours to the Skellig Islands. Choose between a Skellig Islands Tour which goes around both islands and a Skellig Michael Landing Tour where you get off the boat and climb to the Monastery and can explore Skellig Michael and its wildlife.

Casey’s Skellig Islands Tours-

On the Skellig Michael Landing Tour, you not only cruise around the coastline but can also get off the boat and step onto the island. With the Skellig Michael Eco Tour, you stay on the boat as it goes around both the Skellig Islands getting right up close to see the historic sites and wildlife on Skellig Michael and the gannet colony on Little Skelligs.

Skellig Boat is a family run business operated by Dan and Donal McCrohan who between them have a combined experience of over 60yrs operating landing trips to Skellig Michael. They offer two different trips. The Landing trip where you get to land on Skellig Michael, retrace the Monks footprints and visit the monastery on Skellig Michael and the Eco tour which is more suitable to younger and older ages which circles both Skellig Michael and Little Skellig.

Located at the Yacht Marina in Dingle, Co. Kerry, Dingle Boat Tours provide a wide range of boat trips for visitors to enjoy our beautiful coastline and islands. These include: Sea Angling, Blasket Islands Sea Life RIB Tour, Dingle Harbour Tours, Blasket Island Eco tours, Blasket Island ferries and Private Charters.

The Great Blasket Island Experience –

The Great Blasket Island Experience is a speedboat Eco Tour that departs Dingle Marina, touring the beautiful Peninsula coastline to the Great Blasket Island. Included is a highly recommended landing on the Great Blasket Island for 3.5 hours. Experiencing fresh Atlantic sea air, breathtaking views, staggering cliffs and wildlife that is native to the Dingle shores. This sea cruise is approximately a 6 hour round trip. 

Dingle Sea Safari Rib Experience –

This unique Dingle Boat tour takes in the breathtaking majestic coastline of Dingle Bay, the caves and the cliffs all the way to the Great Blasket Islands! Get an up-close view of the Great Blasket Island, see the rock formations, seals, caves. Soak in the delights that await you and keep an eye out for the many marine mammals and birds that may greet you as you go. You may privately hire the rib and decide on a particular area of the bay you would like to explore! The average duration for this tour is 2.5-3 hours.

Blasket Islands Eco Marine Tours-

Blasket Islands Eco Marine Tours offer three different packages for boat tours. They consist of the All Day Tour, the Morning Tour and the Afternoon Tour. For those wanting to go onto the Great Blasket Island the All Day tour departs from Ventry on the Morning tour, land on Great Blasket Island at 11 am; and get picked up from Great Blasket at 2 pm to continue on the Afternoon Marine Eco Tour, arriving back at Ventry at approx 5 pm. However, if you don’t want to visit the island you can pick the Morning or Afternoon tour and stay on the boat for the duration. 

Dingle Dolphin Boat Tours-

Dingle Dolphin Boat tours have 4 different packages to suit everyone’s needs.  Their Dingle Dolphin Blasket Adventures tour is a 2.5 to 3 hour tour on their covered boat around the Dingle bay, the Blasket Islands and Skellig. Their Dingle Harbour Cruise is an hour long cruise around the harbour learning about the history of the area. The Mini Eco Tour lasts about 2 hours and will give you a tour of dingle bay and all the wildlife that resides there. You can also hire their boat for an hour private tour of Dingle bay the surrounding areas.
